The prices you specify for Satori Offers are tax exclusive. If you are required to collect taxes (such as VAT or GST) on your sales, you can tell Satori to add the appropriate tax line item to your invoices on the Invoice Settings page.

By default, Satori applies your tax settings to invoices for all clients. If you need to make particular clients exempt from tax (e.g. by not collecting GST on sales to international clients), you can customize these settings on a per-contact basis.

To exempt a particular client from tax:

1. Open your client’s profile page (you will first need to add your client to your contacts if they are not already present).
2. Under the Taxes section, deselect the checkboxes for the taxes that should not apply for this client.
3. Save your changes.
