In some cases there is a delay between the client authorizing a payment through PayPal, and the transaction actually being executed (which can sometimes take as long as 24 hours).
In these cases, Satori will show the status of the invoice as authorized. You can check the payment status of an invoice by opening it. PayPal will usually notify us once the transaction has been completed, at which point, Satori will change the invoice status to paid.
If the transaction is already showing up completed in your PayPal account statement (or you’ve received email notification from PayPal that the payment was received), but it’s still not showing in Satori, please contact support with the reference number for the relevant invoice.
