Recurring Billing Agreements enable you to set up payment schedules for clients that are automatically executed on the agreed schedule.

Disabling tax for specific clients

The prices you specify for Satori Offers are tax exclusive. If you are required to collect taxes (such as VAT or GST) on your sales, you can tell Satori to add the appropriate tax line item to your invoices on the Invoice Settings page.

Resending an unpaid invoice

Satori displays the account status of active agreements on the Dashboard. If an agreement has outstanding or overdue invoices against it, Satori shows the account status in yellow, or red, respectively.

Billing a corporate client

I work with corporate clients where I’m coaching multiple employees and I need to send a group invoice that covers all of them, rather than billing separately for each individual coachee. How can I handle that in Satori?

Changing invoice due date

When an agreement is activated, Satori generates and schedules invoices on it per the billing schedule you specified. You can view the list of posted, and scheduled invoices on the Agreement Billing tab.

Why is my invoice still appearing as unpaid?

In some cases there is a delay between the client authorizing a payment through PayPal, and the transaction actually being executed (which can sometimes take as long as 24 hours).

Does Satori still invoice for unused sessions?

Yes. If your client has signed off on a coaching agreement that includes a periodical billing schedule, they will be billed on the agreed schedule regardless of whether they have used all the sessions from the previous period. Any unused sessions will simply remain available to be scheduled at a latter date.
