Managing Your Schedule
Timezones
Satori automaticallly detects your local timezone based on your computer’s settings. Whatever timezone you have selected in your system’s time and location settings, will be used in Satori as well.
Setting booking policies
Satori provides a number of ways to communicate your scheduling policies to clients.
Troubleshooting availability
If you’ve entered an availability schedule on your calendar, but it’s not showing up when you try to book sessions, it’s most likely due to one of the following 4 reasons:
Adding sessions retrospectively
If you’ve already had sessions with a client that were scheduled through some other means, and you want to add them into Satori retrospectively, you can do so on the main Satori calendar page:
Managing availability
Availability is how you tell Satori when you want to allow clients and prospects to schedule time with you. Satori gives you a great deal of flexibility in managing your coaching schedule: You can set-up repeating schedules, make arbitrary changes or exceptions, and divide up your schedule between different offers or clients.
Navigating the calendar
The calendar page combines availability and events into a single, unified view. This makes it easy to get a complete overview of your whole schedule in once place.
Scheduling sessions
Agreements provide a container for your work with specific clients. In Satori, sessions are always connected to agreements; and you always need a current agreement for a client to add new sessions for them.
