Dashboard

This is where you start when you first sign-in to Satori. It shows you the heartbeat of your business: your cash flow and sales metrics. It also provides quick-links to your upcoming appointments and current coaching agreements.

Offers

Offers are how you package and sell your coaching programs and services. An offer can be anything from an individual coaching session, to a whole coaching program with multiple sessions, an agreement contract and a custom billing schedule. Each Satori Offer can have a custom branded landing page which you can use directly, or link from your website.

Agreements

Agreements give structure to your coaching relationships and provide a neat container for tracking all aspects of an individual coaching program: engagement, scheduling and billing. You can create agreements automatically from your standard Offers, or personalise them for individual clients.

Calendar

The calendar screen shows a visual overview of your coaching schedule as well as your linked Google Calendars. You can use it to schedule new sessions, reschedule existing sessions, and manage your availability schedule so that clients can schedule themselves.

Contacts

This is where your client profiles live. You can capture contact details, and record notes of your sessions and other communication. Use the search bar to quickly jump to a contact from anywhere in Satori.

Groups

Groups allow you to schedule sessions for more than one individual. They’re useful for organising group coaching and mastermind sessions.

Questionnaires

This is where you manage and preview your coaching questionnaires. Questionnaires may be attached to your offers for automatic follow up, but you can also email them out manually as well.

Here you’ll find various options to customise your account profile, branding, calendar and billing settings.
