Groups allow you to schedule sessions for more than one client. They are useful for setting up group coaching calls, masterminds, or classes, where you want to update multiple coaches about the coaching schedule.

Working with groups

There’s three steps to using a Satori group:

  1. Create the group
  2. Add members to the group
  3. Schedule sessions for the group

Creating a group:

  1. Navigate to Groups on the main nav.
  2. Click Create New Group.
  3. Enter the name for your new group and click Create Group
  4. On the Group Details page, enter a length for the group’s sessions, and call instructions to be sent to your members before each group call.
  5. Click Save Group.
  6. Click Activate Group.

Adding group members:

  1. Navigate to the Groups are on the main nav, and select your group from the list.
  2. On the group details page, select the Memberships tab.
  3. Click Add Members.
  4. Use the auto-complete field to select new members for the group.
  5. Once you’ve selected your new group members, click Add Members to add them to your group.

Scheduling group sessions:

  1. Navigate to the Groups are on the main nav, and select your group from the list.
  2. On the group details page, select the Schedule tab.
  3. Click the + button to add new sessions to the group.
  4. With one or more sessions selected, click the Schedule Selected Sessions button to schedule the group sessions.
  5. On the calendar page, choose a time for the first session.
  6. If you selected more than one session, you can choose the interval to use for scheduling the remaining sessions. The default interval is 1 week.
  7. Click Update Schedule to schedule your sessions.
  8. The session times are listed on the group’s Schedule tab.
