Once you’ve created your offer and set up an availability schedule, you’re ready top start driving traffic to your landing page so you can start receiving new bookings.

This generally means posting calls to action with links to your offer landing pages in places that prospective clients will find them, such as:

  • your website or blog
  • your email newsletters
  • your personal email signature
  • your social media profiles

Satori provides links and simple HTML snippets that you can copy-and-paste to your site to display simple text links or graphical booking buttons for your offers.

Emailing a link to your offer landing page

  1. Open your offer and click on the Promote tab.
  2. Click on the landing page URL field to select the text.
  3. Copy the link URL to your system clipboard (Cmd-C).
  4. Paste this link into your email message.

Displaying a booking button on your website

Displaying a booking button on your website can be a good way to grab attention and drive more prospective clients to your Satori offers. For best results, you want to place your button where it is easily visible and in the context of a strong call to action, such as in your sidebar and following any copy where you describe your services.

Designing booking buttons

Satori provides a number of built-in booking button options for you to choose from, but you can also use your own custom button images if you prefer. To use on of the standard booking buttons:

  1. Use the button designer menus to choose the button size and text.
  2. Decide whether you want your button to link directly to a specific offer or to your General Booking Page (this page displays a list of all your currently active, public offers).
  3. Satori displays a preview of your booking button and some HTML code you can use to display that button on your website.

Installing booking buttons

To display an offer booking button on your website, simply copy the HTML code from the button preview and paste it into your website wherever you want the button to appear. If you’re using WordPress you can paste this code into a page or into a text widget.

Watch this video tutorial for full details (this video was recorded on an older version of Satori so the button page looks quite different, but all the same steps still apply).

Activating your offer

Lastly, make sure that you click the Activate Offer button at the bottom of the page to mark your offer as open for bookings. Your offer will not be bookable until you activate it.

You can deactivate your offers at any time by returning to this page and clicking Deactivate Offer.
