An Offer can be a single coaching session, or an entire coaching program. Simply enter the number and duration of sessions you want to include in your package.

Session durations are specified in minutes; for example, enter 60 for a 1 hour session.

Session types

Sometimes you want to vary the length of sessions within a program. A common pattern in multi-month programs is to have longer sessions at the beginning of the program, and shorter follow-up sessions later on.

Foundation Sessions allow you to create a structure where you allocate more time to your first session (or several sessions) than to your regular, follow ups.

Note that if you choose to include foundation sessions, Satori will always use your foundation session settings for the first session that your client books.

Call instructions

Each offer has unique Call Instructions. This is where you describe your protocol for initiating sessions. For example, if you’re connecting by phone, you will want to list your phone number here. If you’re meeting at a specific location, be sure to include the address.

Your client will see this information immediately after making a booking so it’s also a good opportunity to thank them for that, and congratulate them on their decision.

Satori displays this information to your client on the booking confirmation screen, and also includes it in follow up email reminders.

Scheduling reminders

Clients generally only book the initial session when signing up for your offer. If your offer includes more than one session, Satori can automatically follow up with your clients when it’s time for them to schedule their next session.

It’s generally a good idea to leave this switched on, but you can disable it for specific offers if desired (for example, if you’re scheduling the sessions yourself).

Note: Satori will always send out email reminders about session your client has already booked regardless of the setting you choose here. This is about sessions they are yet to book.
