If you’ve already had sessions with a client that were scheduled through some other means, and you want to add them into Satori retrospectively, you can do so on the main Satori calendar page:
Note: the client must already exist as a Satori contact before you can create a new session for them. If you have not already entered your client as a Satori contact, do so now and then proceed to the steps below:
- Navigate to the calendar page (Scheduling > Calendar & Availability).
- Use the \< and > buttons to navigate to the appropriate week on the calendar.
- Drag open an event on the calendar grid the same way you would create a new event in iCal or Google Calendar.
- Satori will pop-up a search box. Enter the name of the client that the session was for and select them from the list of results that appears below.
- If the client has an existing agreement that you want to count this session against, select the agreement from the menu that appears on the popover.
- Click Save Session.
