If you’ve already had sessions with a client that were scheduled through some other means, and you want to add them into Satori retrospectively, you can do so on the main Satori calendar page:

Note: the client must already exist as a Satori contact before you can create a new session for them. If you have not already entered your client as a Satori contact, do so now and then proceed to the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the calendar page (Scheduling > Calendar & Availability).
  2. Use the \< and > buttons to navigate to the appropriate week on the calendar.
  3. Drag open an event on the calendar grid the same way you would create a new event in iCal or Google Calendar.
  4. Satori will pop-up a search box. Enter the name of the client that the session was for and select them from the list of results that appears below.
  5. If the client has an existing agreement that you want to count this session against, select the agreement from the menu that appears on the popover.
  6. Click Save Session.
