Satori automaticallly detects your local timezone based on your computer’s settings. Whatever timezone you have selected in your system’s time and location settings, will be used in Satori as well.

If you’re travelling between timezones, be sure to refresh your Satori calendar after any timezone changes so that Satori can pick up your current settings.

Timezone conversion

When clients land on your booking page to book sessions, Satori detects their timezone as well, and automatically makes the necessary adjustments to translate your schedule into their local timezone. This means that clients will always see your availability and session times in their own local timezone.

Satori also uses the client’s own timezone for any notification and reminder emails.

Note that if you’re scheduling sessions on behalf of your clients, and they’ve never actually scheduled or logged into Satori themselves, Satori wont know what their local timezone is. In that case, Satori will use your timezone for any email reminders instead.

Changing your timezone

Satori will automatically detect your current timezone whenever you open the Calendar page. If you need to change the timezone that’s associated with your account (e.g. because you’re currently travelling), just set your new timezone in your computer’s control panel, and then reload the Satori calendar.
